Choco-Musée Érico

Details: The museum covers the history of chocolate from Mayan times to the present day, and presents artistic creations made entirely from chocolate. A window overlooking the kitchen allows visitors to view the artisanal chocolate-making process. The museum descriptions are in French, but English display guides are available.

Details: Miss Chocolat offers a range of chocolate making workshops aimed at different ability levels, and covering the tempering of chocolate, ganache making, 3D molding, dessert decoration etc. Interactive chocolate workshops are also held periodically for children aged 5 years and up.

La Cabosse D'Or

Musée du Chocolat de Bromont

Chocolate Tour of Toronto

Details: A chance to visit over half a dozen locations in the Yorkville district, including chocolate shops, food suppliers and eateries, and there is a chance to sample truffles on the way. The tour lasts about two hours, and is generally held on Saturdays (bookings required). Private group tours can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
